• Upload necessary documents to the Client Portal in a timely manner.
• Be solely responsible for the authenticity of the documents provided to our firm.

3. Professional Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are quoted based on the complexity and scope of the work. All invoices generated are payable upon receipt unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to suspend services or withhold filed documents in the event of non-payment.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and financial data. Information will only be disclosed to third parties (such as government portals) strictly for the purpose of executing our professional duties, or if mandated by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the highest degree of accuracy in our filings and audits, Nathawani & Nathawani shall not be held liable for penalties, interest, or losses incurred due to inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information provided by the client. Our liability is limited to the professional fees paid for the specific service in question.

6. Portal Usage and Account Security

Clients are granted access to a secure digital portal to manage their documents and services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Nathawani & Nathawani is not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from client negligence.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
